The late-night snack provided upon arrival was a lifesaver, as we were famished after a long journey. The variety and quality of the breakfast spread were impressive, with plenty to choose from. the local museum nearby provided an interesting glimpse into the area's history.
The lack of staff availability during checkout was a major inconvenience as we were in a hurry to leave. the initial greeting could have been warmer and more welcoming, which would have set a better tone for the rest of our stay.

During our Christmas stay, we were pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful gesture of a complimentary snack, waiting for us in our room upon arrival. the breakfast spread was impressive, with a good variety of options to choose from. the hotel's strategic location near the city's main attractions and restaurants provided us with ample entertainment options.
We were disappointed to learn that the hotel only accepts cash payments, and credit card payments incur an exorbitant 5% surcharge. Neither could we pay with our Maestro card, which made accessing cash from the nearest ATM necessary - a rather inconvenient process.
